The Bridlewood Homeowners Association, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, is responsible for the management and administration of the community. Management services include grass cutting, snow removal and storm basin maintenance. Funding is provided by annual dues. We are a self managed homeowner association which helps keep our annual HOA fees reasonable at $800. Bridlewood Estates is a planned adult community consisting of 148 single family, age restricted, residential dwellings. The unattached ranch style homes are located on spacious lots with a total area of approximately 40 acres in the Township of Deptford, Gloucester County, New Jersey.
